There are lots of people amongst us who are suffering in one way or another. For instance old people who are left alone by family or fate who are in need of food clothing and shelter. This organization aims to collect donations in cash or in kind and impart it to the most needy people. Pot this purpose an old age home is to be set up where aged and homeless people are accommodated giving them all the attention and care including boarding lodging and medication in an homely atmosphere.
There are lots of students who excel in their studies but are unable to continue their studies due to financial constraints ‘OFAN’ helps them by giving books, uniforms, tuition fees and moral support to enable them to achieve the heights of their expectations.

History 

A charitable trust was executed on 17th January 2006.

In the beginning stage, there were seven members. Jayasree Kallat as ‘settlor’, Satish P R chairman of the trust, Prof. A Jameela Kabir a trustee, Nandi Dinesh trustee Mukundan Namboodiri treasurer Bipin George trustee member Organisation’s registered office is situated at Calicut – Door No 5/1548, Asokapuram, Kozhikode 673001.

The trust was formed to give a helping hand to people in need, who are suffering in one way or another, for instance, older people who are left alone by family or fate who need food, clothing and shelter. The organisation aims to assist people below the poverty line by giving whatever help they need from time to time like medical attention, medicines and meeting other health problems. The organisation aims to help students who excel in their studies but cannot continue their studies due to financial constraints. To assist financially throughout their studies and also give moral support.
